1.    No member or guest is permitted to bring food to the Club for consumption in the premises except as authorized by the General Manager or the Chairman of the House  Committee.  A handling and a service fee may be charged as determined by the General Manager in conjunction with the F & B concessionaire.

2.    Members may bring their own bottled liquor for consumption in the Club  premises at private parties or special occasions when authorized by the General Manager or House Committee Chairman.  A Corkage Fee, as determined by the House Committee, will be charged:

regular           P 350.00/bottle

premium     -     P 550.00/bottle

Wine        -     P 100.00/bottle  

 

Drink hole buildings are open daily from:  
                        1st tee-house-front 9 = 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM  
                        2nd tee-house-back 9 = 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  
            These hours may be changed from time to time depending on the season.

 

      4.    Reservations and arrangements for privilege parties must be made with the F &  B Reservations Office by the member or his or her spouse by phone or  fax. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the affair    otherwise,  all related expenses incurred by the Club-concessionaire and/or the Club shall be charged  to the  member.

        5 .   The Club, through the General Manager or the House Committee Chairman, retains the right to accept or reject any reservations or arrangements for private parties if, in their opinion, the said private parties will be prejudicial to the interest of the majority of the members.

        6.    A function room reservation fee shall be charged in accordance with established room rates.  Function room charges however shall be waived if the minimum Food and Beverage orders are met.

 

        A.  The Mulligan Dining Room

  1.   The Mulligan Dining Room is open from 11:00 Am to 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM to members and their guests.  The last food order however, must be  placed by 9:00  pm.  

  2. Reservations for tables may be made in advance, and by members only. Reservations for member-sponsored parties  are not allowed. Function rooms are available for this purpose.  

  3. Children and young adults under 18 are not allowed unless accompanied by a  member.  

  4. Smoking is prohibited.

        B.  The Mulligan Bar

 

  1. The Mulligan is exclusively for members and their accompanied guests.    

  2. Only dependents 18 years old and above are allowed but must be accompanied by a member.  

  3. Dependents below 18 years old are not allowed. Except on Sunday which is considered a family day.  

  4. Smoking is prohibited.

     

 

      C.  Function Rooms  and Ballroom

  1. The function rooms are available for pre-arranged bookings.

  2. The rooms may be reserved by members or their spouses.  The sponsoring member or spouse must be present at the  function and is responsible for the said affair and the conduct of their guests.  

  3. A reservation fee will be charged in accordance with established room rates.                                               

     

      D.  Board Room    

  1. The Board Room will be available for bookings from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM subject  to a written  request duly approved by the Chairman of the House Committee or the General Manager.

  2. Only Board meetings and executive meetings will be permitted. Existing  room charges shall apply.    

  3. Smoking is prohibited.

 

       E.  Library

  1. The Library Room will be open from 8:00 AM  to 10:00 PM.  

  2. Smoking is prohibited.

 

         F.  Verandah

  1. The verandah is for the use of members, their dependents and their guests at  any time.  No private parties are allowed, except for official club sponsored  affairs.

  2. The Verandah is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
