  1. The official club logo of the club shall be a vertical oval figure which is maroon and gold in color with the name " MANILA SOUTHWOODS " bordering the oval and the words " GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB " at the bottom.  Emblazoned in the center are the letters " MS " and the letters " GCC ".  On top of the oval is a crown and crisscrossing the oval is a pair of golf clubs.  Along the side of this  oval is a  vertical laurel leaf on each side. 

  2. Upon receipt of the news of death of a member, the Club Flag shall be placed at  half-mast for two days.

  3. Only official Club notices shall be posted on the Club Bulletin board.  Personal  notices may be posted if approved by the General Manager.

  4. A member shall assume full responsibility for any damage to Club property or injury to club personnel or any other party or property caused by himself, his dependents and guests.  A member shall likewise be responsible for the indebtedness to the Club of his dependents and guests.

  5. Pets are not allowed on Club premises at any time.

  6. The club premises shall not be used for the purpose of soliciting or collecting any subscription of funds of any nature foreign to Club activities, nor for obtaining signatures or petitions relating to matters other than Club purposes, or for any political or religious purposes whatsoever.

  7. Members, their families and guests, are expected to conduct themselves within the club premises in a manner befitting ladies and gentlemen on all occasions.

  8. Bodyguards may be permitted in the Club premises with the approval of the  General Manager and subject to the following conditions:

    • When the member is not playing golf, bodyguards may not use the lobby and must  stay in their assigned area. 

    • They are not allowed in the locker rooms nor any area inside the Clubhouse. 

    • They may accompany the member in the course by special arrangement  but should be quiet, inconspicuous, and not walk in the greens or   tee mounds.

    Cars used by them shall park only in designated areas

  9.  The club is not responsible for the loss of personal property or valuables under  any circumstances.  Members should advice their guests not  to leave money,   jewelry or anything valuable in their golf bags and lockers.

  10. The playing of radios, tape recorders or TV sets, etc. is not permitted on the premises.

  11.  If a function involves the putting up of any streamers, banners, etc., this must be approved by the General Manager and or the Chairman of the House Committee in accordance with the existing House Rules and Policies.
